Freedom of Speech PSA Contest

 

Welcome to the NAB Education Foundation (NABEF) and the Broadcast Education Association (BEA) annual Freedom of Speech public service announcement (PSA) competition! 
Undergraduate students who will be enrolled during the 2014-2015 school year are eligible to participate in the PSA competition. To enter, students must submit a 30-second video or radio PSA that highlights the importance of free speech and creatively addresses,“What does freedom of speech mean to me?”

 Entry Categories:

• 30-second TV PSA
• 30-second radio PSA

The winner in each category will be awarded $3,000 in scholarship money.
NABEF will accept essay contest entries from April 1 to May 9, 2014. Winners will be announced via e-mail during the week of July 1, 2014.
