Job Description	Primary duties consist of video/ photography / media support of the FBM field sites and the Lockheed Martin FBM Training Center of Excellence (TCOE) organization. Typical duties include capturing and editing photographic and video graphic footage; creating computer based and web based training courses; coordinating with a diverse community of organizations to meet a variety of multi-media needs; collaborating with TCOE instructors to create, revise and improve on instructional media and tests; and supporting TCOE and facility management in all areas of multi-media design and management. The need to participate in and/or coordinate several concurrent multimedia projects is a frequent occurrence. Projects may involve a combination of photography / videography / motion graphics creation / video editing / Flash and web development. This position supports US and UK FBM training efforts with the expectation to embrace emerging technologies and innovative ideas in the development and implementation of very high-quality end products.
Basic Qualifications	• Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college in multimedia disciplines, or equivalent experience/combined education; • Experience in utilizing professional videography and photography equipment; • Experience utilizing digital audio and video editing systems; • Experience in creating elements for computer-based or web-based delivery; • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
